What to Expect from Start to Finish
Once you schedule your installation, one of our team members will contact you to discuss your goals, walk you through available styles, color options, and features like insulation, windows, or wind-resistant panels. We’ll also answer any questions you have about the process upfront.

Next, we’ll schedule a site visit to take exact measurements and inspect your current setup to ensure everything goes smoothly. This helps us confirm compatibility with your opener, framing, and other structural details.

Once your custom door is built and ready, we’ll contact you to schedule your installation. Most installs are completed the same day and typically take 2–4 hours, depending on complexity. You’ll be notified of the arrival window in advance, and yes — we do ask that someone be present at the time of install.

Before we arrive, just make sure the garage area is clear of vehicles and personal belongings so our team has safe access to work.

After installation, we perform a full safety and functionality check, walk you through how to operate your new door, and clean up the area before leaving.
